Step 1: Reserve Your Room with a $150 Deposit

Step 2: Payment Plan Options:

You can either pay according to the below deadlines, or submit flexible monthly payments to break up the total cost and stay on track.

June 5, 2025 - 50% of your total room rate is due

July 9, 2025 - 100% of your total room rate is due

You can opt-in to (optional) monthly payments if you want to spread out the cost and enjoy the booking process. Your travel coordinator, Abraham, will remind you each month.

Step 3: Book Your Flight

Aim to book your flights as early as possible to secure the best rates and availability. Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN), as it is the closest airport to the Hyatt Ziva Cancún resort.

Don't forget your passport. A valid passport is required for international travel to Mexico. Make sure your passport is up-to-date and doesn’t expire within 6 months of your travel dates. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, start the process early to avoid delays.
